VOLLEYPREP & VOLLEYNEXT includes VolleyPrep for athletes who are new to volleyball or have limited playing experience. VolleyPrep meets Saturdays from 9:00-10:00 AM and focuses on learning fundamentals. VOLLEYNEXT is for athletes with previous volleyball experience and meets Saturdays from 9:00-11:00 AM; it includes skill refinement, faster-paced drills, improved court awareness, and game-like situations.
