Chris Holdsworth's Jiu-Jitsu Academy offers Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kids’ Jiu Jitsu (Gi), Kids’ Striking Class, and Kickboxing & Striking. It also offers Gi Jiu Jitsu, Fundamentals Jiu Jitsu (Gi, Technique Only), No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Holdsworth Striking Systems.

About the provider

The leadership team is Chris Holdsworth, Dave Kang, and Louis Accaria. The academy has 20+ years of experience. Chris Holdsworth is an undefeated former UFC fighter, the winner of The Ultimate Fighter Season 18, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and an experienced martial arts coach. The mission statement says the program aims to build fitness, confidence, coordination, and practical striking skills through structured, beginner-friendly training.

Complete beginners are welcome. Safe, welcoming environment. No previous martial arts experience or exceptional fitness is needed to begin. The academy is in Orangevale, CA.
