Espiritu Jiu-Jitsu offers Little Bears for ages 4-6, Kids for ages 7-10, Teens for ages 11-16, and Adults for ages 17+. Little Bears meets Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-5:00 PM. Kids meets Monday 4:00-4:50 PM, Tuesday 5:00-5:50 PM, Thursday 5:00-5:50 PM, and Friday 4:00-4:50 PM. Teens meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00-5:50 PM.

About the provider
Espiritu Jiu-Jitsu has free parking on-site. The first class is free, no experience is needed, and loaner gis are provided for the free trial class. Women’s Open Mat is held on the second Sunday of every month from 9:00-10:30 AM for members only.
