Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme has been providing programs to youth since 1954. Its mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need the organization most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. The organization operates 12 locations throughout Oxnard and Port Hueneme, including seven standalone clubhouses and five school-based sites within the Ocean View Elementary and Hueneme Elementary school districts. It also runs the Squires Club in partnership with the Oxnard Public Housing Authority and a club at the Ventura County Juvenile Justice Facility, which in 2007 became the first club located within a juvenile facility in the state of California. The Premier America Club is described as a $3 million, state-of-the-art facility that reopened in January 2026 and serves as a modern hub for youth. The organization also holds the 36th Annual Donald K. Facciano Kids Auction & Gala as part of its ongoing activities.
