The Academy Preschool & Kindergarten of Palm Desert Community Presbyterian Church offers activities that include cooking, science, art, games, music, dramatic play, and literature. The Academy Preschool & Kindergarten of Palm Desert Community Presbyterian Church offers classes for children 2 years through Kindergarten and uses the Abeka approach to Christian education in a center-driven, play-based learning environment. Its academics include language arts, math, writing, art, science, social skills, and Bible, along with daily enrichment such as Chapel, Sign Language, library, music, and Chapel Lab. The preschool teachers are qualified and trained in early childhood education, and the leadership team includes School Director Reichel Ainsworth and Diana Williams, director of The Academy.
