Its mission is to equip youth to thrive in college and career pathways through academic one-on-one tutoring, parent empowerment, enrichment activities, mentorship, coaching, and tennis instruction. The tutoring program has been recognized with the NSSA Tutoring Program Design Badge, and the page says that your gift supports EPATT’s academic initiatives, including in-school and after-school tutoring, as well as its tennis program.

Attending EPATT is free. A strong commitment from parents is required to participate. Parent participation is required for Project Rally Summer of Learning. Students must attend all six weeks of the program and have a 90% attendance rate to participate.

What families say

“EPATT has helped me so much as a parent…. His teachers were so impressed by his improvement… [EPATT] is like the support person that I need to be a better parent, because I don’t have anyone else to support me in my home.” — EPATT Parent

“EPATT helped keep me off the streets and stay away from drugs and other illegal activity, but most of all my tutor helped me learn to read….They also taught me to open a book and read on my own, and be more productive with my time.” — EPATT Student
