Foothill Junior Cougars offers youth football and cheerleading, including participation in league championship games and cheer camps. The program has hosted events such as a meet and greet for families and a coach meet and greet, and it maintains a team store for program gear.

Foothill Junior Cougars has been recognized with several titles and honors, including 2025 FJC D1 SYF Champions, 2025 FJC Shrine Bowl Athletes, BIG North Shrine MVP Tyson Bennett, 2025 FJC 12u All-Stars, and 2025 FJC 14u EAL Division Champions. The program is AB1 compliant. Past activities have included an overnight cheer camp at Foothill High School in 2019 where FJC cheerleaders spent the night, as well as gear updates such as new shoulder pads for 2019 and new Xenith Epic Youth Helmets. The program has also noted that Foothill High School was the host of the 2022 EAL, with 8u, 10u, and 14u teams in the 2022 EAL Championship game.
