Palomar Christian Conference Center Summer Camps

Palomar Christian Conference Center Summer Camps includes Adventure Camp for boys going into grades 6-12 and Horse Camp for girls ages 9-18. Adventure Camp is a 6-day summer program with time outdoors and two campsites during the week, and campers sleep out in the woods under the stars. Horse Camp is a 6-day summer program with horse riding and horse science classes.

Programs

• Adventure Camp — Boys going in to grades 6-12 · 6-day summer program for boys who love the outdoors and want to be challenged in their faith. Campers sleep out in the woods under the stars at two campsites throughout the week.
• Horse Camp — Girls ages 9-18 · 6-day summer program for girls who love camp and want to ride horses. Girls learn to ride and take care of horses in horse science classes.
• Labor Day Retreat — All ages · Labor Day weekend retreat open to families, singles, and couples, with activities for all ages.

About the provider

Palomar Christian Conference Center has been ministering to people since 1951. Its mission is to reach the lost for Christ and to pursue spiritual growth through the study of God's Word.

For Horse Camp, roommate requests are allowed as a 'cabinmate' request. Adventure Camp does not assign roommates because campers sleep in the forest. Camper/counselor ratio is 1 counselor to 8 campers. Campers only call home in an emergency. All medications must be administered by trained staff and turned in on Sunday. Dress code is enforced.
