Paso Robles Youth Baseball offers organized youth baseball that includes a regular season of competition and several post-season tournaments. The program also fields teams in the PONY All Stars Tournament, which leads to the PONY World Series. Games are played under the playing rules set by the PONY Rules and Local PRYB rules approved by the Board of Directors, and every player is assured of playing at least a minimum amount of time in each regulation game.

Paso Robles Youth Baseball (PRYB) is a 501-c non-profit community organization, affiliated with PONY Baseball, Inc. PRYB provides its program to more than 500 youths from the city of Paso Robles and surrounding areas. PRYB is overseen by an elected volunteer Board of Directors, and the volunteer Board of Directors is elected annually under the PRYB bylaws. The stated primary purpose of Paso Robles Youth Baseball is to provide a program of organized youth baseball for all players between the ages of 4–12 who live in the chartered boundaries, offering both formal instruction and competition.
