Paso Robles Youth Baseball offers organized youth baseball that includes formal instruction and competition. The program runs a regular season of competition and also includes post-season tournaments such as the PONY All Stars Tournament, which leads to the PONY World Series.

Paso Robles Youth Baseball (PRYB) is a 501-c non-profit community organization affiliated with PONY Baseball, Inc. PRYB provides its program to more than 500 youths from the city of Paso Robles and surrounding areas. PRYB is overseen by an elected volunteer Board of Directors, and this Board of Directors is elected annually under the PRYB bylaws. The stated purpose of Paso Robles Youth Baseball is to provide a program of organized youth baseball for all players between the ages of 4–12 who live in the chartered boundaries, offering both formal instruction and competition. Every player is assured of playing at least a minimum amount of time in each regulation game. In addition to the regular season, PRYB fields teams in several post-season tournaments, including participation in the PONY All Stars Tournament.
