TOVO Player Programs has been in existence since 2016. Experienced educators and professional coaches develop the programs, and staff members have led top-level projects at academic institutions and football academies within Europe and beyond. The leadership team includes Todd Beane (Founder & CEO), Chantal Cruijff (Co-Founder & International Business Director), Oscar Jorquera (Football Coach), Michiel ten Haken (Biomechanics, Strength and Conditioning Coach), Dr. Ashly Gillis PT, DPT, ATC, Daniel Hoskins (Football Administrator), and Jordan Cruijff-Beane and Shae Cruijff-Beane (Social Media & Player Relations).
The program’s stated mission is that TOVO at its core is a driving ambition to transform lives for the better, with a goal to maximize the full potential of student-athletes worldwide, rethink and redesign talent development, and educate a new generation of passionate coaches. The program is coed for ages 12 to 18 and is described as a sensational European training program in the USA, with prep school accommodations that include three meals per day and TOVO training gear provided. The program includes holistic development through engaging workshops and a college and pro pathway with alumni reaching national teams, professional clubs, and universities, and it is described as Soccer Paradise and regarded as best in class for ambitious student-athletes. The Barcelona January Term is described as the flagship program, and the Monterey Camp 2026 is located on the shores of the Pacific Ocean.
Parent testimonials describe the program as an experience that has become a compass on a player’s journey, rate the TOVO coaches as above any coaching previously received, and state that the experience and environment are beyond words and something families “just have to come experience” and that they “won’t find any better.”
