TOVO Player Programs includes training sessions, movement and physical conditioning, position play training, games, video analysis workshops, and daily journaling. The program also includes an orientation and expectations workshop, college pathway counselling workshop, mental edge training workshop, injury prevention protocols workshop, and personal leadership training workshop, along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day.

TOVO Player Programs is coed for ages 12 to 18 and is described as a European training program in the USA that includes intensive on-field training and in-class workshops. The program uses a Cruyff-inspired TOVO methodology and is based on pedagogical practices that encourage players to seek effective solutions with vision, precision, and pace. It is described as a dynamic program that inspires athletes through innovative training and engaging workshops, with a focus on holistic development through workshops and on college and pro pathways. The program is dedicated to a player’s pure development free of local politics or power struggles and includes prep school accommodations and three meals per day.

The leadership team includes Founder & CEO Todd Beane; Co-Founder & International Business Director Chantal Cruijff; Football Coach Oscar Jorquera; Biomechanics, Strength and Conditioning Coach Michiel ten Haken; Dr. Ashly Gillis PT, DPT, ATC; Football Administrator Daniel Hoskins; and Social Media & Player Relations staff Jordan Cruijff-Beane and Shae Cruijff-Beane. Experienced educators and professional coaches develop the programs, and staff members have led top-level projects at respected academic institutions and football academies. Todd Beane graduated from Dartmouth College in 1986 with a B.A. in English Literature, attended the University of Sussex on a Rotary Scholarship, earned an M.A. in Education and a Secondary Teaching Credential from Stanford University, played NCAA Division I soccer at Dartmouth College, played professional soccer in the USISL, and holds a US Soccer Federation “A” License. Chantal Cruijff speaks Dutch, French, Catalan, Spanish, and English fluently and served as business manager for Cruyff Management for 20 years. Oscar Jorquera has served as a professional coach for FC Barcelona as part of La Masia. Michiel ten Haken is a Human Movement and Sport Scientist with a BS and MS from University Amsterdam specializing in biomechanics, strength and conditioning. Dr. Ashly Gillis holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. Daniel Hoskins has worldwide experience as a scout, coach, and sporting director and has a degree in Paralegal Studies.

TOVO has been in existence since 2016, and Daniel Hoskins has been with TOVO since its inception in 2016. TOVO has served professional academies in Spain, the Netherlands, and worldwide, including FC Barcelona, Ajax Amsterdam, Ado Den Haag, Chivas Guadalajara, Mamelodi Sundowns, Los Angeles FC, the Austrian Football Federation, the US Soccer Federation, and the KNVB Dutch Federation. The mission of TOVO is described as a driving ambition to transform lives for the better, with a stated goal to maximize the full potential of student-athletes worldwide. TOVO is described as more than an organization and is referred to as a movement.

Parents and participants have shared testimonials about the program.
