MatTime Kids and Teens no-Gi Jiu Jitsu offers kids and teens no-gi Jiu Jitsu classes that focus on American-style, no-gi training where wrestling is an integral part of the curriculum. Kids’ classes emphasize American Jiu Jitsu, which fuses wrestling and traditional grappling so students train as hybrid grapplers blending wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. All skill levels are welcome in every class.

• Schedule: Kids and Teens no-Gi Jiu Jitsu classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with sessions typically 45–60 minutes long and flexible afternoon and evening options on weekdays plus weekend hours.
• Price: No-Gi Jiu Jitsu is $120 per month for 2x per week, $130 per month for 3x per week, and the Warrior Package is $175 per month.
