Dance Classes for Adults
Hermann Sons Hall, 860 Western Ave, second floor, Petaluma, CA 94952
Having a weekly dance practice isn't just for children or professionals. I welcome all levels to my classes, and hope you can find joy and fulfillment while learning the fundamentals of ballet and modern dance. Spend your Wednesday or Friday lunch breaks dancing to an eclectic but inspired array of music. The structure of class will be a light and gentle yoga inspired warm up, followed by classical technic exercises to strengthen and stretch, with small phrasework woven in. At the end of the hour choreography will be made tying all the phrasework from the class together.
Classes are set on a monthly rotation - so sign up for a drop in any day you fancy, or sign up for the month for a discounted price. New material and music is introduced at the start of every month.
