Hidden Gems Movement offers pole fitness, dance, and yoga, including weekly classes, pop up classes, monthly series, private sessions, group parties, open studio time, studio rentals, and special events. The program includes a beginner drop-in pole class and a 4-Week Level 1 Series. Mats are provided, and towels, spray bottles, yoga blocks, yoga pillows, and yoga straps are available at the studio.

Founder Halea Waters began teaching group fitness classes in 2014 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Visual and Performing Arts Education from UCLA and a Master’s Degree in Leadership with a focus on Innovation from the University of the Pacific. The leadership team includes Founder Halea Waters (She/Hers), Instructor Jasmyn Hamblin (They/She), Assistant Studio Manager Shauna Rinaldi (She/Hers), Instructor Leticia Garcia (She/Hers), Instructor Christina Kitchen (She/Hers), Instructor Kim Kaiser (She/Hers), and Instructor Hannah Kaighn (She/Hers). Staff credentials include Jasmyn’s BFA in Dance from CSU Long Beach, Leticia’s Pilates Comprehension Certification earned in December 2024, and Hannah’s 500-hour yoga teacher certification with 5 years of practice and 2 years of teaching experience. Christina has 25 years of dancing experience, and Kim has taken home gold at Pole Sport Organization competitions. Hidden Gems Movement is guided by the philosophy “Find your inner guidance” and states a mission to empower students of all levels to build strength, confidence, and joy through expressive movement while connecting with a like-minded community, with a focus on community, inclusivity, and mindful movement.

The studio is described as thoughtfully designed to support practice, comfort, and community, and includes amenities such as a retail shop, restrooms, a water station, parking, towels, mats, spray bottles, yoga blocks, yoga pillows, and yoga straps. The mission and vision reference guiding students throughout Petaluma and Sonoma County and surrounding areas, and describe a community where movement sparks personal transformation.
