The Tae Kwon Do program at Martial Arts USA includes activities such as martial arts, fitness, and self-defense. Participants can engage in Tae Kwon Do, Rock Steady Boxing, fitness kickboxing, and strength and conditioning. The program is led by experienced instructors with high-level black belt credentials.
• Ages: 4–19 years old
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30pm-7:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm

Martial Arts USA was established in 1993 and features a leadership team with extensive expertise in Tae Kwon Do. Mr. Scott Sinan, a 5th degree black belt, is the owner and a primary instructor. The program also includes a unique feature of Rock Steady Boxing, which is designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.
