




This spring we are offering sweet and magical Friday morning play sessions for caregivers and their children. For caregivers and littles - all ages welcome! Toddlers through age 8 is the ideal age range. This is a great way to become familiar with our space and our approach while we build the morning learning community for Fall 2026 school year.
Sample Schedule:
9:00 Arrivals, welcome, explore the garden and play yard, creative offering
10:15 Snack, brief circle gathering, parents share, toileting
10:45 Tend chickens and walk the hill to Grandmother Oak
11:45 close the day by cleaning up and saying goodbye
Stay and Play Agreements:
- Sunbeam facilitator(s) provide an intentional, maintained space to play with age-appropriate and open-ended play and creative materials.
- Parents provide their children's snack and bring water bottle and weather-appropriate layers / sunscreen etc.
- Parents are present and responsible for supervision of their child(ren) and helping to maintain safe interactions. Please no phone usage and keep side chatter to a minimum.
- Sunbeam facilitator(s) provide a brief circle time in which they ask parents to engage in noticing and reflecting.
- Parents help to return the space(s) to the conditions in which they found it.

Policies
I understand that camp/class fees are due at registration to hold my child's spot. Enrollment in Sunbeam camps and classes is complete when fees are paid. Camp and class fees are nonrefundable. Sunbeam may issue credits for a future camp or class, minus a $40 administrative fee. Requests for credit must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance of the camp start date; please include explanation.
