Policies

Cohort PolicyTo ensure a tailored and age-appropriate environment, we carefully group kids into cohorts based on their age a few weeks before their week of camp begins. This thoughtful approach allows us to tailor activities, learning experiences, and supervision to the unique needs and interests of each age group. During registration, you'll have the chance to request for campers to be placed in the same cohort as their friends, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy

If you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance, we can process a full refund, deducting a $35.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be possible with less than 2 weeks' notice.
