About
Performance Evolution Soccer Training offers soccer training, goalkeeper training, and strength workouts. The program includes individual and group training with Amanda Galbraith, as well as individual and group goalkeeper and field player training with Ali Miller. Participants can also take part in photography, special training events, dribbling clinics, footwork and skills trainings, striker and goalkeeper clinics, and strength training sessions in the gym at LUMA Fitness.
• Schedule: Training is offered Monday–Friday during daytime hours, with sessions available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm most days.
Performance Evolution Soccer Training is founded by APG and is led by trainers who are dedicated to helping each athlete thrive mentally and physically, both on and off the soccer field. The program states that it is molding players into hard-working, resilient, open-minded individuals and that trainers get to know each player's strengths, weaknesses, needs, and wants to shape each training session. Trainers also attend players’ games to watch them play and observe them in game situations. Clinics are held during school breaks, and strength training is available as 1-on-1 or small group sessions with Amanda in the gym at LUMA Fitness, which is described as a top class facility. The stated philosophy is “GOALS, GRIT, AND GROWTH,” emphasizing goals, environment, enthusiasm in each session, discovering greatness, unleashing confidence and potential, embracing the process of improvement, and focusing on attitude and effort. Families are invited to join what is described as a one-of-a-kind training community.
