Redwood Empire Gymnastics

Redwood Empire Gymnastics offers Littlebugs for children ages 1-36 months, with open-format classes where children play and work with parents. It also offers Mini Bees, Busy Bees, Grasshoppers, Crickets, Spiders, Teen and Adult classes, Tumblebugs, Recreational classes, Tumbling and Trampoline classes, seasonal camps, and Baby Bees. Classes use floor and tumbling, bars, beam, rings, vault, trampolines, tumble trak, air floors, and foam filled pits.

Programs

• Littlebugs — 1-36 months · Tuesdays 10:00 am-10:45 am; Thursdays 10:00 am-10:45 am; Fridays 10:00 am-10:45 am; Saturdays 9:00 am-9:45 am · $16 per class · Open format class for children to play and work with parents; parent/adult participation and supervision required; register in advance.
• Mini Bees — 2-3.5 years · 45-minute blend of open and structured class; parent participation required.
• Busy Bees — 3-4 years · 45-minute structured class for children with their adult; parent participation required.
• Grasshoppers — 4-5.5 years · 45-minute class for children who are fully self directed and able to follow the coach’s instructions without parental guidance.
• Crickets — 5-6 years (kindergarteners) · 60-minute class similar to beginning recreational gymnastics classes.
• Spiders — Boys ages 5-6 years · 60-minute class similar to beginning recreational gymnastics classes.
• Teen and Adult classes — teen and adult · Tuesday and Thursday nights · For those returning to the sport or those who would like to give it a try.
• Tumblebugs — preschool aged children · Children’s classes are split into two programs; Tumblebugs are for preschool aged children.
• Recreational classes — kids six and older · Children’s classes are split into two programs; Recreational classes are for kids six and older.
• Tumbling and Trampoline classes — Separate classes for those who prefer to focus only on tumbling and aerial awareness.
• Seasonal camps — Summer, fall, winter and spring camps, and after-school programs.
• Baby Bees — babies from birth · Class specifically for babies from birth; currently unavailable.

About the provider

The program’s mission statement is, "It’s not just gymnastics, it’s learning for a lifetime!"

Membership is required for all classes, including class tuition fees, unless otherwise noted. Membership includes the class leotard or t-shirt. Insurance fee is annual and billed annually from the date of the child’s first registration. Parent/adult participation and supervision are required for Littlebugs. Parent participation is required for Mini Bees and Busy Bees.
