Cinnabar Theater Young Repertory & Jr. Rep

Cinnabar Theater Young Repertory & Jr. Rep is part of Cinnabar Theater’s season, which includes 5 professional shows and 4 Young Repertory main stage shows, as well as a Jr. Rep program. The program is connected to a professional community theater that focuses on theatrical and musical productions.

Cinnabar Theater is celebrating 53 years of theater. Its mission is to present a wide range of performing arts that remain relevant to contemporary life and challenging to professionals and audience members, and to seek and train young talent in the performing arts while helping them make lasting and meaningful connections between performing arts and their daily life. As a professional community theater in the heart of Sonoma County, Cinnabar Arts enriches the cultural fabric of the community through intimate and thought-provoking theatrical and musical productions, arts education, and community programs, and it has served as a venue for both established productions and local artists to develop work. The organization notes that it is on the road performing at Sonoma State University while building a new home at the Petaluma Outlet Mall, and that it attracts audience spending to downtown Petaluma and nearby businesses.
