Porterville Soccer League is a youth soccer league that offers a recreational, developmental, and educational soccer program. The league runs Spring and Fall Seasons and includes a pathway to a competitive soccer club through the South Valley Chivas Academy training program. It is a volunteer-run recreational youth soccer league affiliated with US Club Soccer and is not the City of Porterville Parks and Leisure Soccer League.

Porterville Soccer League began in 2011. Its mission is to provide a recreational, developmental, and educational soccer league for all youth of the city of Porterville, CA, and its surrounding communities. The league offers age- and gender-specific divisions, including a 13–14 age group depending on the number of registered players, and accepts 3-year-olds. All games are played without any traveling to other leagues, and the league uses online schedules and an up-to-date standings and scoring system.
Porterville Soccer League is the only youth recreational soccer league in Porterville that is tied to a competitive soccer club with opportunities to play year-round. South Valley Chivas is the only competitive club that the league is affiliated with, and the South Valley Chivas logo is included in the Porterville Soccer League logo to represent this relationship and pipeline. The league was created mainly as a grassroots recreational program with a direct path to South Valley Chivas and to serve as a feeder program into that club. For many years, players who have excelled in Porterville Soccer League have gone on to represent South Valley Chivas around the state and in some cases around the world.
Porterville Soccer League is affiliated with US Club Soccer. On January 20, 2023, California Assembly member Devon Mathis presented a Certificate of Recognition of Community Service and Youth Engagement to Porterville Soccer League.
