The property was rebranded as Morgan Run by Cobblestone Properties in 1993, and the North and South courses underwent a Jay Morrish redesign in 1996. In 1999, Dallas-based Invited Inc. acquired the property, and in July 2023, Meriwether Companies acquired it from Invited Inc., with a stated $24 million-plus investment planned to enhance offerings over the next couple of years. The club specializes in corporate meetings, private events, and golf retreats, and offers corporate packages that include accommodations, meals, audio-visual equipment, and room rental.
