Swim School takes place in a setting that includes swim lessons, fitness swimming, and water play in three different pools, including a heated 8-lane, 25-yard pool that is open and heated year round, a recreation pool designed for summer play and lap swimming, and a toddler pool. Kids at Swim School are part of a broader environment that also offers kids’ fitness, summer camp, tennis, pickleball, group fitness, cycling, mind body practices, cardio sessions, strength classes, and personal training with nutrition advice available.

Sun Oaks has been described as Redding California’s finest full-service health club for more than 60 years, and Sun Oaks Tennis and Fitness has held this description for 50 years. The facility includes three pools, two spas, 7 outdoor and 3 indoor tennis courts, 4 dedicated pickleball courts, a 1,600 sq. ft. cardio room with 40+ machines, a 2,700 sq. ft. weight room, an 800 sq. ft. Olympic lifting area, three fitness studios, a personal training and small group studio, and a cozy outdoor patio used for events and rentals.
