Stars of Tomorrow Children's Theater is led by Didi Pelev and her daughter Dimyana Pelev Dysart. Over the last 25 years, they have had over 100 counselors and special guests. The organization states that art, fun, and education must work hand-in-hand to cultivate young minds and describes its mission as educating, entertaining, and enriching the lives of young people by teaching them to understand all aspects of theater and expanding their awareness of the arts, leading to more opportunities of self-expression and creativity, confidence, responsibility, teamwork, a greater sense of self, and a greater sense of community.
The program offers online registration for Stars of Tomorrow Children's Theater Camp and notes that every child is a star with a speaking role in the production, with every child having a speaking part in the show and a chance to perform. The 2025 season of events will include theater camps and free workshops for kids ages 6–14, and there is an internship program for teens. Stars of Tomorrow operates as a traveling theater company based in the Inland Empire and offers programming both online and in person, described as “Stars of Tomorrow in the comfort of your home.”
