Ascension Summer Camp includes activities such as arts and crafts, swimming, athletics, archery, canoeing, hiking, and inner-tubing. The program invites campers to take part in a week of activities, fun, and building life-long friendships through Christ.

Ascension Summer Camp is a ministry of the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Ascension. The mission of the camp is to offer an exciting week full of activities, fun, and building life-long friendships through Christ for campers ages 8–17. The camp leadership includes Camp Director Peter Anastopoulos ([email protected], 925-899-5264) and Assistant Director George Landis ([email protected], 510-326-9196). The program offers an informational orientation for parents via Zoom prior to camp, YouTube promotional videos to give a glimpse of camp life, and an email list for news and updates. Parents are directed to visit the Parent Packet page for information needed to prepare their child for Camp 2026.
