Winter League was launched in the San Francisco Bay Area in the fall of 2003. The leadership team includes Mike Livingston as the Regional Director and Andrew Nayyar as a Coach. The program's mission is to instill basic fundamentals of the game in aspiring players through various leagues, programs, and camps offered throughout the year.
