Bayshore Elite Mobile Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, in-home private lessons, and private instruction. The program brings gymnastics activities to a family’s home or a hosted site, using a full scope of gymnastics props and equipment. Each 30–45 minute class includes gymnastics skills, drills, games, and music, with lesson plans customized for different age groups and skill levels.
• Ages: 2–18 years old
• Schedule: Each class runs 30–45 minutes
Each coaching team brings mats, bars, beams, springboards, a mini trampoline, and props for a daily obstacle course. Program goals include basic gymnastics ability, fine and gross motor development, balance, coordination and agility, strength and flexibility, discipline and following direction, and confidence and pride in accomplishments. Bayshore Elite Mobile Gymnastics serves Redwood City, California, and surrounding peninsula cities in the Bay Area. Experienced USA Gymnastics certified coaches lead the program, and all instructors are CPR and first aid certified and have been fully background checked.
