C.A.T.S. Gymnastics offers Parent and Tot classes for 18 months to 3 years old, Gymnasticats 1, 2 and 3 for 3 to 5 years old, and C.A.T.S. Girls Gymnastics for ages 6 and older. It also offers tumbling classes from Tumbling 1 to Tumbling 2, Open Gym on Saturdays from 10:00am to 12:00pm for ages 6 and up, Open Play Fridays from 10:30am to 12:00pm for ages 6 and under, Private Lessons, and Fun night in the gym on the second Saturday of each month from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm for ages 6 to 12.
Programs
- Parent and Tot — 18 months to 3 years old · 45 minutes, 1x a week · Boys and girls; mom/dad bring the student to class and help the coach administer the lesson plan. Basic gymnastics skills are introduced in a fun and enriching environment.
- Gymnasticats 1, 2 and 3 — 3 to 5 years old · 45 minutes · Boys and girls; designed to develop flexibility, agility, strength, body awareness, and coordination through basic gymnastics, games, and much more.
- C.A.T.S. Girls Gymnastics — 6 years and older · 10-week sessions · For girls; designed to challenge students while promoting confidence and self-esteem.
- Tumbling Classes — Separated according to skill: Tumbling 1 and Tumbling 2; skills range from cartwheels to advanced tumbling such as layouts and twist series.
- Open Gym — 6 and up · Every Saturday 10:00am-12:00pm · $15
- Open Play Fridays — 6 and under · Every Friday 10:30am-12:00pm · $10 · Gymnastics open play.
- Private Lessons — Beginner to advanced · Available for current members and non-members; one-on-one, semi-private, and small group lessons are offered.
- Fun night in the gym — 6 years old - 12 years old · Every second Saturday of the month, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm · $25 · Open gym nighttime event; pizza is provided; guardians are not required to stay.
