River Delta AYSO Region 328 Youth Soccer states its mission as providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives. The region is led by Aaron Sever, who serves as the RC (Region Commissioner) for River Delta AYSO Region 328. River Delta AYSO Region 328 is part of AYSO Area 2C, which consists of AYSO regions in Contra Costa, Solano, and portions of San Joaquin, Alameda, and Sacramento counties. The program follows AYSO’s philosophies of Balanced Teams, Everyone Plays, Good Sportsmanship, and Positive Coaching. AYSO’s philosophies are described as living tenets that separate it from other sports organizations, and AYSO is described as child-first and child focused, with every decision, rule, and program based on what is good for kids.
