The Jr Tigers was the first youth football and cheer program in the Roseville area, originally known as the Bobcats and founded in 1966. The program states that it teaches fundamentals and prepares athletes for success at the high school level with help and support from high school coaches, and it is a feeder program into the Roseville High School football program. It also runs a flag football team for kindergarten through 2nd grade.

For tackle football, the 2026 season runs from July 13, 2026, to November 21, 2026, and includes use of a game day jersey, game pants, helmet, pads, a gear bag, socks, a mouth guard, and a practice jersey to keep, with cleats supplied by families; a $350 equipment deposit check is collected at the beginning of the season and held until all loaned items are returned in good condition. For cheer, the 2026 season runs on the same dates and requires purchase of an additional uniform package, which includes a shell, skirt, liner, briefs, practice tank, practice shorts, sports bra, game shoes, poms, and a game bow, with solid white no-show socks supplied by families; if a shell or skirt still fits, it does not need to be repurchased if approved at the uniform fitting. RHS cheer camp is a mandatory four-day camp from June 22–25, 2026, where a T-shirt and bow are provided, and participants are asked to have black shorts, athletic or cheer shoes, hair in a high ponytail, and water.

The 26/27 NATIONALS program runs from November 30, 2026, to January 30, 2027, and its price includes registration, practice facility use, bows, an RJT Nationals hoodie, hair and makeup supplies, team bonding experiences, all JAMZ professional pictures of the performance, and minimal incidentals. The organization notes that it is defending national titles from the 2025/2026 season, when its Midgets were National Champions, its Peewees placed 2nd, and its Jr PeeWees placed 3rd on the national stage, and that it is preparing for the 2027 JAMZ Nationals in Las Vegas.
