KSMY Martial Arts

KSMY Martial Arts offers the Tiny Tigers Program for ages 4-6, with kicking and punching, and the Juniors Program for ages 7-12. It also offers the Youth & Adults Program for ages 13-Adult, which includes achievement, self-defense, self-discipline, self-confidence, coordination, health and fitness, respect, and mental alertness. The school also offers a Sparring Class focused on distance, rhythm, timing, speed, agility, focus, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular endurance.

Programs

• Tiny Tigers Program — Ages 4-6 · Designed to teach kicking and punching, good behavior, courtesy, respect, discipline, teamwork, good manners, balance, motor skills, positive mental skills, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
• Juniors Program — Ages 7-12
• Youth & Adults Program — Ages 13-Adult · Dynamic training for students of many backgrounds; includes achievement, self-defense, self-discipline, self-confidence, coordination, health and fitness, respect, and mental alertness.
• Sparring Class — A sparring class focused on distance, rhythm, timing, speed, agility, focus, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular endurance.

About the provider

KSMY Martial Arts was established in 2011 in the Sacramento area. Head Master My Callison leads the school, with assistant instructors Colin Scott, David Morrison, and Derrick Rogers, and instructors in training Nadia Montes and Anaya Montes. Master My Callison is a Sixth Degree Black Belt under the Korea Kuk Sool Association, the World Kido Federation, and the Han Min Jok Hapkido Association, earned her 6th Dan blackbelt in 2023, and completed the Teacher Preparation Program at California State University of Sacramento and a professional single subject teaching credential in 2005.

We do not believe in contracts. No cancellation fees. Program membership fees are listed as $190/mo for a single member, $171/mo for a second family member, and $152/mo for additional members, plus a free enrollment fee. Prices are subject to change.
