Policies
Waiver PolicyAll patrons at Rebounderz must have a active and valid waiver on file. Waivers expire 1 year from signing date and MUST be filled out again once they expire.
Waivers are required to be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. Friends and other family members are not permitted to fill out a waiver for your child. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to fill out a waiver for themselves.
You must have a valid I.D present with you when checking in. I.Ds will be checked when checking in.
If ANY information entered into the waiver is inaccurate, the waiver will be cancelled and you will be required to complete an entirely new waiver. Rebounderz reserves the right to inquire about information typed into the waiver in order to confirm the validity of such. Providing the wrong information on the waiver is grounds for refusal of service without refund. When filling out a waiver for your child, select "myself and child(ren)" to begin. The first section will be the PARENT information. After you have typed in YOUR information, select "add child" and then input the minor's information.

72 Hour Cut Off - Parents' Night OutPlease be advised that all PNO reservations must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the desired PNO date. Please do not sign up closer than 72 hours to the desired program date. Registrations within 72 hours of the program date are liable to be cancelled without refund.
Outside food & beverage policyRebounderz does not permit ANY outside food or drink to be brought into our facility.
Rebounderz may permit outside food or drink in its sole discretion on a case by case basis (religion, allergy, etc); however, requests for such must be submitted prior to the program occurring and approval must be received prior to any items being brought inside. Peanuts and peanut based products have a blanket "no tolerance" policy and no exceptions will be made.
Due to safety concerns and insurance restrictions, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy - Parents' Night OutThere are no cancellations or refunds as we schedule staffing levels based on number of registrations. All sales are final.
If you need to reschedule due to emergency or illness, you are allowed to reschedule your program date at no extra cost ONE time to another program date. Additional rescheduling will require full-payment.

Rebounderz Adventure Park - SacramentoParticipants will enjoy Trampolines, Dodgeball, Jump Tower, Ninja Warrior Courses, Climbing Walls, Indoor Playground, Gauntlet Space Climb, Air Pit, Speed Walls, & Basketball Slam! Lunch or dinner is included with all programs & participants will have counselors with them for their entire day of Play!
