USA Elite Gymnastics & Athletic Academy

USA Elite Gymnastics & Athletic Academy offers USAEG Girls Development, a recreational gymnastics class split by age and level that works on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. It also offers USAEG Preschool for children from walking age up to 3 years old, with work on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor, plus foam pit and trampoline activities.

Programs

• USAEG Girls Development — Recreational gymnastics class split by age and level. Works on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Children are tested every 6 weeks.
• USAEG Preschool — preschool; walking age up to 3 years old · Helps children develop large motor skills while working all events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Includes foam pit and trampoline activities.
• USAEG Hot Shots — girls ages 5-7 · Pre team group for girls with a love for gymnastics. Does all 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.
• USAEG Advanced Girls — preteen to teenage girls · Focuses on fine tuning elements while moving at a faster pace. Works on all 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.
• Level 1 Shooting Stars — Young gymnasts learn discipline and structure while preparing for team competition. 90 minute classes 2 days out of the week per month. Level 1 routines are performed at in-house gym showcases.
• USAEG Development Program — Offers classes for levels 2-10. Provides rigorous training for dedicated gymnasts aiming to compete at the highest levels.
• USAEG Tumbling — ages 7 and up · Focuses exclusively on tumbling skills, from basic rolls to advanced flips and passes.
• USAEG Mommy & Me — walking age up to 3 years old · Designed for parents and children to bond while exploring the basics of gymnastics. Helps develop motor skills, coordination, and confidence.
• USAEG Boys Academy — Recreational class designed by age and skill level, focusing on speed, strength, agility, and performance training across various sports.
