The leadership team includes a Head Instructor, Grandmaster Sang U Jin, Black Belt Instructors Debora and Hailee, and Black Belt Instructor Mischo. The Head Instructor holds a 5th Dan Black Belt, 5th Dan Ho Kuk Mu Sul in Hap Ki Do, and 2nd Dan Kukiwon Tae Kwon Do, with over 26 years of experience. Grandmaster Sang U Jin is a 9th Dan Black Belt and HO KUK MU SUL Director. Black Belt Instructors Debora and Hailee each have over 10 years of experience, and Black Belt Instructor Mischo has over 15 years of experience. Ho Kuk Mu Sul at this academy is described as a blend of approximately 23 martial arts styles based on three branches of traditional Korean martial arts: family or tribal martial arts (Sa-do mu sul), Buddhist temple martial arts (Bul-do mu sul), and royal court martial arts (Kung jung mu sul), and it incorporates the principles of Flowing Water (YU), Harmony (HWA or WHA), and Circle (WON).
