The Gollatz Cotillion includes engaging and interactive classes that focus on learning etiquette and manners through real-life scenarios. The program features Cotillion-style dancing, dining skills such as proper utensil use, and social skills like introductions, making toasts, navigating social gatherings, making eye contact, and being gracious guests. Students also learn Cotillion-style dances while participating in these activities.
The Gollatz Cotillion celebrates 95 years in 2026 and has been the premier social program leader since 1932. The program is led by four generations of Gollatz family instructors and is described as the premier Cotillion in Southern California since 1932. The leadership team includes Mrs. Darcee Gollatz-Klapp, Mr. Wilbur P. Klapp, Mrs. Emma Klapp - Roque, and Linda Bourke as Office Manager. All criteria for Manners 2026 used in the program have been copyrighted.
