Martial Art Classes and Camps

Martial Art Classes and Camps offers a variety of activities including Martial Arts, Fitness, Kempo Karate, Hung Gar Kung Fu, Dragon Fist System, Combat Aikido, Knife fighting, Reactionary drills, and Escrima (stick-fighting). The program is based at the Twin Dragon Kung Fu Academy and combines several martial arts styles, focusing on the five animals of Hung Gar: Tiger, Snake, Leopard, Crane, and Dragon. Students learn various self-defense techniques, blocks, kicks, strikes, open hand, and weapon forms.

Operating in San Carlos since 2001, the program emphasizes discipline, respect, and hard work, aiming to create a family-like community through caring and involved instructors.
