Yes Yoga Love offers Baby and Me Yoga, Baby massage techniques, pelvic floor balancing, and poses that address the aches and pains of new parenthood, as well as poses that build strength for carrying babies and their gear. The program includes Prenatal Yoga, Gentle Yoga, All Levels Yoga, a Loving Touch for Birth workshop, private Baby and Me Yoga classes, and a postpartum support group. Baby and Me Yoga welcomes anyone caring for the baby, including parents, aunts and uncles, grandparents, and nannies, and allows babies to cry, feed, and have diaper changes during class, with caregivers welcomed however they show up.
