California Culinary Arts Institute offers public cooking classes, culinary arts classes, and baking and pastry classes. The program also includes an externship program and international internship programs. Classes take place in modern kitchen classrooms that are complete with commercial kitchens and comfortable classrooms.
• Schedule: The Culinary Arts Classes are intensive three weeks classes. The Baking and Pastry Classes are an intensive four weeks classes.
Chef Sohrab Zardkoohi leads the institute. All instructors are professional chefs certified by the American Culinary Federation, and each class is taught by an experienced chef assisted by never less than two other cooking and baking professionals. Classes are capped at no more than 10 students, with an immersive personalized approach to professional and expert chef training and certification. The institute offers an extensive externship program for culinary students fulfilled at the California Culinary Arts restaurant. California Culinary Arts Institute is proud to partner with Access Internships Worldwide (AIW) to offer international internship programs in many countries to qualified students. Scholarship and financial aid are available.
