Artful Chefs Junior Chef Summer Camp offers kids-only Junior Chef Summer Camp sessions where students learn how to cook with a real chef and try out classical French culinary techniques. Camp activities include learning knife cuts such as julienne, battonet, and allumette, as well as working with international menus during International Week Jr. Chef Classes, which feature French Cuisine Day, Asian Cuisine Day, Italian Cuisine Day, and Mexican Cuisine Day. Additional themed options include Italian Week Jr. Chef Classes, French Basics Skills Week Camp, and Advanced Culinary Skills Week Camp, where students practice cast iron searing, sous vide cooking, advanced egg cookery (including poaching, hollandaise, and sous vide eggs), using immersion blenders, and garnishing and plating.

• Schedule: Summer camps run in weekly sessions from June 8–11, June 15–18, June 22–25, July 6–9, July 13–16, July 20–23, and July 27–30, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
Attendance is limited to only eight students per week, and classes are intentionally kept very small, described as just a handful of students at a time. Lunch is included, and students receive downloadable recipes to keep. Jr. Chefs must complete two weeks of Basic Summer Camp before participating in Advanced Culinary Skills Week.
