During a typical camp day, campers start with warm up, stretch, and strength from 9:00–9:30am, followed by a bars rotation from 9:30–10:15am and a tumbling and trampoline rotation from 10:15–11:00am. The schedule includes a snack break from 11:00–11:15am, a dance and beam rotation from 11:15am–12:00pm, lunch from 12:00–12:30pm, art from 12:30–1:15pm, games and skill progression from 1:15–2:00pm, another snack break from 2:00–2:15pm, and a vault and rings rotation from 2:15–3:00pm. The camp maintains a student-teacher ratio of 8 to 1 or fewer. At this camp, children are exposed to gymnastics, dance, music, and art, and activities include swinging on bars, flipping on the floor, balancing on the beam, and using the trampoline. SUMMER CAMP IS LIVE FOR REGISTRATION, and a Parent Portal allows existing customers to manage their account online at any time of day.

American Gymnastics Club’s primary objective is to provide high-quality recreational gymnastics programs and events for children. Its classes are designed to improve each student’s motor skills, coordination, physical confidence, and self-esteem, and instructors balance classes with fun yet challenging exercises. The program encourages gymnasts to excel under all circumstances and offers competitive programs for children who meet the skill requirements and have the interest and determination to participate. The club states that no one should be turned away because of a lack of natural ability, and that hard work and discipline produce an exciting result. The staff has extensive experience in teaching and competition, and each instructor brings first-hand knowledge and background into each session. American Gymnastics Club describes itself as offering a comprehensive blend of recreational and competitive instruction, with classes available at all levels from beginning to competitive.
