A typical camp day runs from 9:00–9:30am with warm up, stretch, and strength, followed by 9:30–10:15am on bars and 10:15–11:00am on tumbling and trampoline. From 11:00–11:15am there is a snack break, 11:15am–12:00pm is dance and beam, and 12:00–12:30pm is lunch. From 12:30–1:15pm campers do art, 1:15–2:00pm is games and skill progression, 2:00–2:15pm is a snack break, and 2:15–3:00pm is vault and rings. The camp maintains a student-teacher ratio of 8 to 1 or fewer. At this camp, staff members have extensive experience in both teaching and competition, and each instructor brings first-hand knowledge and background into each session. American Gymnastics Club’s primary objective is to provide high-quality recreational gymnastics programs and events for children. The camp’s cancellation policy allows cancellation up to one month before the start of the scheduled camp week for a full refund, with no credit or refund for cancellations after that time.
