ECNL Clinics offers activities focused on sports and leadership. The program is supported by a team of 10 coaches, each holding either a USSF or UEFA A or B license. Ihor Dotsenko serves as the Sporting Director.

SF Elite SC, which runs the ECNL Clinics, provides more financial aid than any other club in Northern California. It is the only club in San Francisco with an ECNL Boys program and offers a complete pathway for female players from U8 to U19.
