Eureka Valley Arts

Eureka Valley Arts offers art experiences that include both general art activities and work in a full ceramic studio. The program also includes projects that combine art and STEM as ways for kids to explore their feelings and learning growth. The studio is described as an artistic safe haven for kids, with art available for all ages.

Eureka Valley Arts was created by Ross Katherine Kane, who studied Fine Arts, Ceramics, Interior Design, and Early Childcare. The program’s mission states that it aims to provide an artistic safe haven for nearby kids, with a focus on kids and staff feeling seen, heard, respected, and safe. The mission also states support for people of all faiths, gender identity, sexuality, race, disability, and personal identity, and emphasizes kids growing into their individuality and having a strong sense of self. According to the mission, staff are encouraged to invest in their own professional development focused on education and social emotional learning. Thanks to Kat’s dream, she has nurtured a thriving community through the arts.
