FTK Studio offers Shaolin Kenpo Karate for kids, along with movement classes for all ages. The program also includes yoga, Pilates, and Qigong classes for adults.
FTK Studio (formerly FTK Martial Arts) is a community based fitness studio and a minority women-owned studio. The karate instructors and owners are Sibok Diandra Thompson and Sibok Liza Fernandez. Fitness classes are taught by instructors Anne-Caroline Floch-Ngy, Christel Joy Johnson, Karen Huang Saraco, and Karen Huang Saraco, and Tonya Weakland-Wilhelm. The studio’s mission states that it is a place where people can come together to move, learn, and grow, with a belief in the power of movement to enhance both physical and mental well-being, and a team dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment. FTK Studio was featured on SFGov TV Women at Work, Season 2, Episode 13, and its owners were recipients of the $5000 Women's Entrepreneurship Grant offered by the OEWD in 2018.
