One Martial Arts

One Martial Arts offers karate classes and related activities, including Excellent Kids (3-5), Youth Karate (6-11), Teen Karate (12-17), Adult Karate (17+), and Fitness Kickboxing. The program uses an app with categorized instructional videos that kids can use to practice, and students check in on arrival using an iPad, with after-class lollipops available. Kids earn sticker stripes leading up to different color belts, and missed sessions can be made up with a personalized virtual class. The afterschool program aligns closely with the local school district calendar, including minimum days and parent-teacher conference weeks with early pickups, and sets aside time for homework, snacks, and physical activity.
