STEMful offers hands-on STEM and STEAM programs where children explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math through a play-based, project-based curriculum. The program includes School Break Camps, Summer Camps, and Afterschool Programs, with an option to attend camp days on an “a la carte” basis. STEMful is described as more of a workshop than a lecture hall, where experiments are treated as adventures and mistakes are used as learning tools.

Parents describe their children learning about centrifugal force, kinetic energy, optical illusions, and other science concepts through play in STEMful’s afterschool programming. One parent notes that their children attend camps at STEMful and use the “a la carte” option for occasional care, and mentions that their children get plenty of outdoor time. Several parents describe the teachers as engaging and caring, and say their children come home happy, stimulated, and having had fun and educational experiences, including support for a child with special needs and trips to the park.
