Since 2016, Apex Hockey has honed its approach from youth camps across North America to partnerships with NHL teams. The program’s mission is to revolutionize hockey training through cutting-edge biomechanics, sport science, and on-ice technology, using an evidence-based coaching approach powered by the study of movement biomechanics and exercise science to propel skaters toward becoming high-performance hockey players. The coaching team has extensive experience working with athletes across all levels and includes an expert team of on-ice performance coaches who have worked with athletes of all levels, including professional hockey organizations. The staff is composed of former players turned experts and includes professionals in the fields of professional hockey, data science, biomechanics, education, exercise science, strength training, and conditioning. Apex Hockey is described as a global leader in hockey skills training and skating biomechanics and offers a premier training experience with elite power skating clinics and hockey camps, game changing instruction, and some of the best coach-to-player ratios.
