Hudson Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes and gymnastics camps, including Baby Gymnasts, Little Gymnasts, and Big Gymnasts 1, 2, and 3 classes. The program includes March, April, and May class sessions, as well as gymnastics camps for children ages 4–12 years old in June and July.

The owner, Rawnna Hudson, leads the program and has been teaching recreation gymnastics classes for nearly a decade and has been tumbling since the age of 4. Her experience working with youth from newborns through high schoolers includes roles such as Lead Gymnastics Instructor, Classroom Aide for San Lorenzo Unified School District, color guard instructor for the YMCA and Castro Valley High School, and babysitting. The stated goal of Hudson Gymnastics is to introduce young gymnasts to the world of gymnastics in a fun and exciting way.
