805 Elite Volleyball Club offers non-travel sessions, a Semi-Travel program, and a Travel Team Program that includes travel teams. The program also runs a Skill Training Program with skill-focused training sessions, along with clinics and open gyms.

805 Elite Volleyball Club was established in 2010 by Club Director and Cal Poly Women’s Volleyball Head Coach, Caroline Walters. The club’s mission is to help young volleyball athletes reach their highest potential on and off the court, with a focus on hard work and accountability. The program is committed to serving the youth on the Central Coast and to developing volleyball players who know and love the game and support each other on and off the court. It offers non-travel sessions for athletes interested in making a middle school or high school team or competing on a travel team in the future, a Semi-Travel program for those who cannot commit to a full travel schedule, and travel teams from ages 12 to 18 for athletes focused on competing at the highest level. It also offers a variety of skill-focused training sessions throughout the year for all experience levels and ages, and many 805 Elite alumni have gone on to play at the collegiate level.
The coaching staff includes NCAA and top high school coaches, as well as current and former Division I players. Since its inception, 805 Elite has had numerous County Players of the Year, League MVPs, and League First Team honorees. Testimonials from parents describe strong competitors and good people, a learning environment that enriches skill and mental attitude, lessons about both the game and life at practices and tournaments, and coaches who are described as top notch, supportive, and amazing. The club highlights its approach with the phrase “Culture First. Elite Results.” and focuses on developing competitive teams in SLO County from skill sessions to travel teams.
