Every Monday there is a Sichuan buffet with about 10 different menu items that are not spicy and mostly vegetarian, and participants are asked to bring their own containers. Central Coast Culinary and Catering describes itself as more than a culinary school, with catering, private parties, custom classes, kids classes, and culinary trips, and offers an option to relax and enjoy an evening of socializing and eating a gourmet meal prepared by an expert chef.
