Kids Cooking Classes and Camps offers children's cooking classes, kids pop up classes, and seasonal kids cooking classes and camps. Classes and camps include basic food preparation and advanced cooking skills, and some classes are hands-on and invite participation. Printed recipes are provided, and a bit of etiquette, manners, and courtesy is part of every class and camp, with many classes suggesting that participants bring a container for leftovers.

Kids Cooking Classes and Camps is part of Central Coast Culinary And Catering, which also offers catering, private party cooking classes, custom classes, kids classes, and culinary trips. Custom kids classes are available for a group of 6 kids ages 8–13, and kids pop up classes are posted with shorter notice. The program includes summertime cooking camps, holiday kids classes and camps, and spring kids classes and camps, and summertime cooking camps fill up fast. Debbie, also referred to as Debbie D. and Chef Debbie, teaches classes and caters events. Central Coast Culinary And Catering has operated from 1999–2026 and has reopened after a change of ownership and remodel. The mission of Central Coast Culinary And Catering states that it is passionate about cooking and food and eager to share its skills so that budding young chefs can begin to hone their talent early on.
Volunteers are described as the backbone of the cooking school, and a unique volunteer family has been created. Clients, students, and volunteers have become part of a large family, and volunteers can learn how to cook, shop, entertain, and eat well. Volunteers are usually hired for part-time prep work after volunteering. Reservations are refunded only if cancellations are made 48 hours in advance due to purchasing of food, and the chef reserves the right to change the menu due to product availability. Every Monday there is a Sichuan buffet with about 10 different menu items that are not spicy and mostly vegetarian, with a suggested price and the option to bring your own containers.
