North County Taekwondo offers Taekwondo classes that include stretching drills, exercise drills, kicks, forms, and sparring drills. Students also take part in nunchuck and nunchaku exercise drills, self-defense classes, and practice both Poomse (Forms) and Kyorugi (Sparring). The program includes separate Taekwondo classes for kids, teens, and adults, and teaches the official World Taekwondo Taeguek Forms 1 to 8.

Master Ali leads North County Taekwondo as a World Taekwondo, Kukkiwon Certified 3rd Dan Blackbelt with 18 years of experience in Taekwondo. The program offers a free trial class for new students with no obligation and no contracts for those trying classes. North County Taekwondo defines its own belt colors, requirements, and stripe meanings for students.
