Swim Lessons is part of a set of aquatics and recreation activities that also include Lifeguard Training, Guards-in-Training (GIT), the Waterdevils Swim Team, Recreation Swim Pool Parties, and CPR/First Aid Classes. Swim Lessons take place at a seasonal swimming pool that operates from April through early October, alongside other programs such as Summer Day Camps, Specialty Day Camps, Before and After Care, Marinwood's Overnight Adventure Camp, tennis programs, Music in the Park, and Marinwood's 13th Annual Summer Brewfest.
• Schedule: Community Center Office Hours are 9:00am–5:00pm Monday through Friday; the swimming pool is seasonal from April through early October.
All cancellation and program changes for Swim Lessons and other activities must be provided in writing via email to [email protected]. Oversight of aquatics and other adult programs is provided by Recreation Supervisor (Adult Programs & Aquatics) John Paul Kessler, within a leadership team that includes Recreation Director Luke Fretwell, Assistant Recreation Director (Youth Programs & Camps) Robyn Bruton, Sr. Administrative Assistant Carolyn Sullivan, Preschool Supervisor Alaina Hess, and District Manager Eric Dreikosen. The mission of the Marinwood Community Services District includes developing and promoting recreation programs and opportunities, maintaining park areas and recreational facilities, preserving open spaces for public enjoyment, and designating the District's parks, recreation services, and facilities as open, available, and welcoming of all people.
